Encryption everywhere
Every file is protected with 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Your data is never exposed in plain text on our infrastructure.
Automatic deletion
We keep files only as long as needed to process them. Uploads and results are permanently erased within two hours — no manual cleanup required.
Infrastructure
EditJ runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with isolated processing environments.
- Files are processed in isolated, ephemeral containers.
- Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
- Regular automated backups protect against data loss.
Compliance
Our practices are aligned with GDPR and CCPA requirements. We maintain data-processing agreements with all subprocessors and review them regularly.

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Email security@editj.com and we’ll respond quickly. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers.
